Microneedling with Derma shin, NCTF135 HA, and Exosomes

The treatment we offer is NCTF HA 135 with plant-based /Bovin exosomes. We deliver it through our machine, Dermashine, which helps with faster recovery, brighter-looking skin, and improved texture. The Dermashine has 9 to 24 needles of different lengths that encourage resurfacing, skin whitening, and collagen production.

For clients who want skin that looks rested, smooth, and naturally healthy rather than dramatically changed, a clinician-guided conversation is the right starting point.

What are the Dermashine, NCTF135 and exosomes benefits?

We do stamping rather than microneedling; it uses fine, sterile needles to create controlled microchannels in the skin. This process stimulates a wound-healing response that can support collagen and elastin production over time. It is commonly considered for concerns such as uneven texture, enlarged pores, fine lines, acne scarring, and general loss of radiance.

Plant-based and bovine exosomes are tiny extracellular vesicles involved in cell-to-cell signaling. In aesthetic settings, they may be used topically after microneedling as part of a post-treatment protocol. The theory is that the temporary microchannels created during treatment may help a carefully selected topical formula interact with the skin more effectively while the skin is in its repair phase.

Potential benefits may include a more comfortable recovery period, reduced visible redness for some patients, improved hydration, and a fresher surface appearance. Over a course of appropriately spaced treatments, some people also report smoother-feeling skin and a more even-looking complexion. These outcomes are not guaranteed, and they should be framed as possible improvements rather than a replacement for established medical treatments.

The appeal is recovery as much as results

For many people, the most compelling part of an exosome-supported protocol is not the needling itself. It is the possibility of supporting skin calmness after a procedure. Microchanelling can leave the skin pink, warm, and sensitive for a short period. A thoughtfully chosen post-treatment product may help the skin feel more comfortable and hydrated while its barrier recovers.

That does not mean recovery is instant. Redness, mild swelling, tightness, and pinpoint bleeding can occur, especially with deeper treatments, and it takes 1- 2 weeks to be completely resolved. Plan for a period of visible recovery, and do not schedule treatment immediately before a major event without discussing timing with your clinician.

What the evidence can and cannot tell us

Exosomes are an active area of research in regenerative medicine, but aesthetic marketing has moved faster than high-quality clinical evidence. Small studies and early clinical reports suggest potential benefits for skin healing and appearance. However, product formulations, exosome sources, concentrations, delivery methods, and treatment settings vary widely. That makes it difficult to compare results or promise a specific outcome.

Regulatory status also matters. In the United States, there are no FDA-approved exosome products for cosmetic use. However, plant-based and bovine exosomes are FDA-approved and Medsafe-approved for to use. A cautious approach is not a reason to dismiss the treatment outright. It is a reason to choose a provider who is transparent, clinically trained, and willing to say when a simpler option may suit you better. In some cases, standard microneedling, PRP therapy, radiofrequency microneedling, a chemical peel, or a medical-grade home-care plan may be the other more appropriate choice. These will all be discussed during the consultation.

Who may be a good candidate?

These treatments may be considered for all adults who want skin therapy twice or three times a year rather than every month to combat skin dullness, fine lines, mild acne scarring, or skin that needs a more refined maintenance approach. It can be particularly appealing for someone who prefers gradual improvement and wants their skin to remain recognizably their own.

A clinician should review your skin type, history of hyperpigmentation, acne activity, tendency to develop cold sores, current medications, allergies, and recent procedures. People with active acne lesions, open wounds, a skin infection, poorly controlled inflammatory skin conditions, or a history of abnormal scarring may need to postpone treatment or consider another option.

Darker skin tones can be treated safely with the right assessment and protocol, but post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation is an important consideration. Conservative settings, careful pre-treatment skin preparation, and strict sun protection can make a meaningful difference. This is where individualized care matters more than a one-size-fits-all treatment menu.

The treatment experience, step by step

A professional appointment begins with a consultation rather than a device setting. Your clinician should establish what you would like to improve, assess your skin, and discuss whether the expected downtime and likely degree of improvement align with your schedule and expectations.

If any of the products- NCTF135, exosome, or PRP- are used, they are generally applied according to the product and clinic protocol after needling. The appointment itself may take roughly 45 to 90 minutes, including numbing time. Your skin may look flushed afterward, similar to a moderate sunburn, and may feel dry or tight for the next day or two.

Results from collagen remodeling are gradual. Some improvement in glow can appear earlier, while changes in texture and fine lines usually develop over weeks. A series may be recommended depending on the concern, but the number of sessions should be based on your skin's response, not a preset package alone.

Aftercare protects the investment

The first few days after microneedling are a time for restraint. Use only the products approved by your clinician, avoid heat-based exercise and saunas if advised, and keep hands away from the treated area. Skip exfoliating acids, retinoids, scrubs, and potentially irritating active ingredients until the skin barrier has recovered.

Daily broad-spectrum sunscreen and de-pigment products are essential, particularly when treating pigmentation or acne marks. It is not merely an add-on to treatment. UV exposure can worsen redness and discoloration, undermining the progress you are trying to make.

A gentle cleanser, barrier-supportive moisturizer, and appropriate sun protection are often enough in the immediate recovery window. Once the skin has settled, your clinician may reintroduce targeted products gradually. This approach respects the skin's healing process instead of overwhelming it with actives.

Questions worth asking before you book

A good consultation should make you feel informed, not pressured. Be wary of claims that the treatment can erase scars, replace surgery, or produce permanent results after one appointment. Skin improvement is usually cumulative and depends on a combination of in-clinic treatment, home care, sun protection, lifestyle, and realistic expectations.

For the right person, it may be a refined addition to a broader skin-health plan. The most satisfying result is not skin that looks treated. It is skin that looks clear, calm, and well cared for, with a treatment plan chosen thoughtfully for the face you already have.
